As a Motability Premier Partner Dealership Clive Brook Volvo have a minimum of two trained Motability Sales Specialists and two After Sales Specialists based at the dealership. A Premier Partner may offer a home visit service if it is required. However, collection of your car must take place at the dealership to enable you to enter your PIN for the agreement. Premier Partners offer ‘while you wait’ servicing and MoTs by appointment, and will wash and vacuum your car after a service, MoT or any repairs. They will also provide you with a courtesy car, when given a minimum of three weeks advance notice.

  • We provide facilities for people with a mobility impairment. For example: A seating area, hand rails etc.

  • We provide temporary ramps to improve access to the building.

  • Low payment counters or an alternative such as portable chip and pin machine, a lap tray or a clipboard.
  • Low Reception/Information counters available for wheelchair user
  • We provide alternative services to improve access for disabled customers, please ask staff for more details.
  • Our premises are accessible to parents with a pushchair or pram.
  • We provide baby changing facilities.
  • Accessible baby changing facilities are available.

Clive Brook Volvo offers the option of trading in your current car as part payment towards the Advance Payment on your new Motability Scheme car. Trading in your car is one of the many options available to you as a means of disposing of your existing car. It is important to note that a trade-in arrangement and contract is agreed between yourself and the dealer, Motability Operations has no involvement in a trade-in transaction.
