Clive Brook Volvo Awarded Top Customer Service Accolades
For the ninth and second year running, Bradford and Huddersfield-based Volvo dealer Group, Clive Brook, has been awarded a top customer service accolade from West Yorkshire’s Trading Standards Service.
Achieving West Yorkshire’s Trading Standards Motor Trade Partnership ‘Excellent Customer Service Award’ underlines Clive Book’s commitment to putting customers first since the dealer group opened the Bradford Canal Road showroom in January 2008 and acquired the Leeds Road site from Harratts Group in April 2015.
The award followed a rigorous audit process of the dealerships by the West Yorkshire Trading Standards Service. As a member of the Motor Trade Partnership, Clive Brook must undergo this intensive annual audit of its sites, adhere to a strict customer complaints procedure and only carry out servicing or repair work with the customer’s permission.

The award comes after Clive Brook Bradford was voted one of the Best Car Dealers 2017 in the Auto Express Driver Power survey.
