COVID-19 Update

The last few months have been challenging to say the least, and we hope this news piece finds you and your loved ones safe and well.

Ever since closing our showrooms in light of the Coronavirus pandemic, we’ve been monitoring official advice while planning how to reopen responsibly. Last Monday we opened our doors for our service and recall customers whilst adhering to social distancing and sanitisation practices to ensure your safety.

The UK government have now given the green light to open our showrooms from Monday 1st June. To ensure the safety of our colleagues and customers we will be implementing a 2 metre social distancing policy throughout the showrooms including at all sales desks, service and parts desks and customer waiting area. Sales and Service visits must be "By Appointment Only" so we can limit the amount of customers we have on site at any one time. Protective screens will be at every desk and wipes and sanitiser will be available throughout the dealership for staff and customers.

To limit contact, we have introduced 'Express Drop Off' points for our service and recall customers. In addition all cars serviced with us will be cabin sanitised. Unfortunately we will not be able to supply hot drinks during your visit.

If you are still not comfortable visiting the dealership then we can arrange virtual test drives of any model, be it new or used. We can also arrange home deliveries.

Rest assured that whilst we are open safely for you, the health of our colleagues and customers is still our number one priority.
