AFTERSALES REMAINS OPEN - Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
We are fully supportive of the new Government restrictions introduced across the UK which allows our Aftersales operations to remain open for maintenance, repairs and MOT. We will continue to offer timed appointments to minimise social contact and give verified NHS staff and key workers priority. If you have a query you can contact us via email, phone or Live Chat. All existing Service and MOT bookings will be unaffected and as yet no announcements have been made regarding a further MOT extension, so if your car is due an MOT we would strongly recommend that you book it in.


Despite the restrictions in place for visits to our physical showroom our online showroom is open and we have ensured that the whole car buying process can be done online and with ease. Our sales teams are on hand to help you through the process which can all be done remotely with video calls, telephone appointments and walk round videos. We can give you a virtual valuation of your current car using our new 'Kwikcast' mobile app which allows us to share a live video view of your car, alternatively our website allows you to get an instant valuation of your part exchange and even organise your finance from the comfort of your own home. Once you have chosen your next Volvo you can reserve it online for £99 or purchase it outright using our finance calculator. Finally we can arrange a socially-distanced 'Click-and-Collect' service to suit you. If you are a frontline or key worker we can deliver your Volvo to your home, safety and securely.

We shall of course continue to adhere to all government guidelines on social distancing and sanitisation practices that have been in place and continue to protect our staff and customers alike. At the same time we are committed to supporting you, our customers and helping to keep you mobile.
