A local Volvo retailer is celebrating after receiving a national accolade for excellent customer service this month – for 12 years in a row.
Clive Brook Volvo, on Canal Road, Bradford, received the Excellent Customer Service Award for 2019 from the Motor Trade Partnership.
Beginning in 2001, the scheme was set up by West Yorkshire Trading Standards Service to increase consumer confidence in the motor industry and ensure that retailers are committed to fair and honest practices.
The award comes as the local retailer also reaches the finals of The Auto Industry Excellence Awards, in multiple categories. Clive Brook Volvo has been nominated for Employer of the Year, Aftersales Excellence and Best Franchised Dealership, with the winners due to be announced at an awards evening on 25 March 2020.
