An interesting fact and one that you might not be aware of is that our Service Statement, originated in 2007, was derived from Disney's Management Principles! Yes Disney! “The Disney Way” outlines the 10 core principles that they have successfully implemented within the Disney empire and I took these principles and applied them to my own business to create my own Service Statement......

But what is a service statement? A service statement is a short description and often includes a general description of the organization, its function, and its objectives. Our 'Service Statement ' and its values have never been more so important than they are today and during the pandemic.
