Clive Brook Volvo, an award winning family owned and run dealership with Volvo showrooms in Bradford and Huddersfield is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor for our Huddersfield dealership.
A Customer Service Advisor serves as the first point of contact for customers seeking to book in their vehicle into the workshop for Service/MOT and Repair work. Your responsibilities will include answering customer enquiries, making product recommendations and providing up to date information on the progress of their vehicle. Excellent communication skills are required as you will liaise with the workshop, arrange courtesy cars and explain what work has been carried out and follow-up with the customer to ensure our high levels of customer experience have been met. You must be computer literate and experience of Pinnacle would be an advantage.
